I came into being at 5 am, March 20th 1978 in a little hospital in Webster, Texas (now know as Houston). Spent most of my life in church, being the son of a pastor, and singing in the children and youth choirs.
I played a bit of football in junior high and high school, but got injured at age 14. I had to have an ACL-reconstruction (knee surgery). Decided to pursue singing instead of football. it paid off, too. I made the Texas All-State Choir my senior year as a tenor.
Went to the Univeristy of Texas as a vocal performance major. During my 3 semesters there, I changed majors several times, joined a Christian Fraternity (Beta Upsilon Chi, a.k.a. BUX) and worked at the Austin Children's Museum. Unfortunately, my mother died from cancer during my freshman year.
After my 3rd semester, I needed a change. I joined the United States Marine Corps. After boot camp in San Diego, I was stationed in Pensacola, Lemoore, San Diego, Iwakuni, Japan, and back to San Diego. I was blessed during my time to have acheived the rank of Staff Sergeant after only a touch over 5 years.
I decided to change pace again, and went to Point Loma Nazarene University, in San Diego, to finish my degree. While I did sing in the choir, I decided to major in business. I had some great professors, amazing classes, and a great choir to sing with. I studied in Vienna during my senior year. I had an amazing time studying, traveling, and eating my way through Europe.
After graduating in December 2004, I worked for a bit, then started a company with tow of my good friends. We decided to move to Prague during our startup and development time. So far, so good.
